When you found your self getting fat

I would like to ask  you that when you find yourself getting fat.you look at alarm clock,you wake up with a numb and it tell you that you are up late.You need to spend  much time with your clothes in the closet,because there are many clothes that you are unable to wear it  or when you wear some of them,you feel uncomfortable or you may have to wear the same dress,but you will not look nice in that dress anymore ,then  you did not like it.Why are you so fat would like  you look at  yourself in mirror. Then ask yourself  how you are now.You may not take a long time to increase your weight rapidly more  than 10 kg in less than a year. The people around you hide to smile and look at you with strange eyes,but fortunately your close friends may tell you that you are getting fat. How do you think,do you begin to notice that your body weight is likely increased,if you plot on the graph.it will be increased vertically. You will let your weight getting increased more than hundred kilo,won’t you? how is your personality or your body appearance? will you start to lack of self confidence when you have to interact with the other or when your move yourself  and even you work in your office. I think that sometime you should go to see the doctor in order to get medical check.because maybe it depend on something that is abnormal.I think that maybe you have a problem of Thyroid grand which release thyroxin.Thyroxin is concerned with metabolism.rate of metabolism will vary follow Thyroxin.Then you must get medical check.why you can stop eating.it is difficult to gain weight loss.Thank you for your comment.
