How do you know you are getting fat or not

are you getting fat? many people would not like to hear this sentence,specially woman or girl.Some woman may angry at someone who talk to her like that. Obesity  does not matter for woman only ,but it is important for all ages,it does not matter what gender you are.Everyone should pay attention,because it can cause many illnesses.Furthermore.fat people is not active to do any activity
Therefore,you don’t have to wait someone ask you that you are getting fat or not.you should notice yourself that you are getting fat or not,then you must know you are getting fat or not fat.I have 2 method to remind you to know that

  1. Measurement of your Body Mass Index (BMI)  because obesity is measured by body mass index follow as :  weight (kg) / height (m) x height (m). For example, if your weight is 50 kg, your height is 1.60 m ,then your body mass index = 50/1.6x1.6 = 19.5 kg per square meter. If it is less than 18.5, you have a slim shape. If the value of 18.5 to 22.9 means you have asymmetrical shapes. If the value of 23 to 24.9 is overweight, then you start getting fat the value from 25 means you have a body fat then!
  2. Measurement of your waist.it is a simple way to know that you are getting fat or not by using a tape to measure  your waistline without being too tight or too loose.Be measured through the navel.if men’s waistline is over 36 inches and women’s is bigger than 32 inches ,you will be considered to be fat

  2. how can i help you? if you wouldn't like to lose your weight or you satisfied what you are.good to know that.nothing have to change.you don't have to stop eating.you can eat any food happily.it depend on how you have philosophy for living.you are happy for being fat or overweight,To gain weight loss is not necessary.everyone has a choice and we must take responsibility what we choose,Thank you for comment.
