If you ever tried to lose your weight many times and use many ways,but it never even worked out for you.I will offer simple tips to weight loss and it is the right ways

1. you must have mentally strength and willingness to lose weight.It is a very important  to promise  your self that you will follow the guidelines which is set in order to achieve your weight loss.by avoiding any excuse which will be the problem of weight loss.If you have to be the guest in order to eat in some meal, you must plan how to eat in order to diet

2.for  weight loss.You must eat every meal a day and must eat a mandatory five categories.The omission of any meal a day to lose weight is not appropriate. Because it impairs health,specially breakfast.why we must eat breakfast because we must have more energy to do every activity

then Ashish Fauzdar said that “If our breakfast is full of nutrition and well balanced it is actually good for our bodies.If we skip our breakfast, we tend to overeat during our lunch, which is worse. It is only a delay of few hours and nothing more than that. This indicates to our body and brain that our eating is erratic and therefore our body tends to store calories.”

3.Reducing to eat the rice flour, sugar and fat,but eat  more vegetables and fruit.

4.Regularly exercise. You must not have The control of eating only,but you must have the opportunity to exercise, along with the control of eating.It will result to a greater weight loss. because it will use some energy for exercising,For those who have never exercised before, should do it gradually,consistently,it is better and safer.Should choose any method that you prefer and you would be convenient to such as

Big note : The most important thing is you must minimize foods which has a high calories,  such as fat, sugar and flour .if you can reduced  500 to 550 calories per day, you will lose weight 0.5 kg a week which is considered as adequate.If you follow all these four tips,I will ensure that you can gain weight loss and healthy
