Real sense of hunger or False sense of hunger

Now you have already known how your body mass index was.You must decide how to manage yourself in order to gain weight loss.You must really pay attention to gain weight loss.otherwise,you would get many effect from your overweight or obesity.Nobody can push how you manage yourself,it depend on you.Before how you would manage yourself.I just would like to tell you something.It is concerned with real sense of hunger and false sense of hunger.when Many overweight people are hungry,they must feed them suddenly or often eat some food.They don't even think to stop eating.

As we know Hunger is one of physical symptom that expressed food needs automatically in order to express the need for food in each meal.caused by enzymes releasing ,The brain dictates that. It's time to eat it.if you don.if you didn’t eat on time and you are tremble and faint.that is real sense of hunger .if you have no this symptom you just have a hunger,that is a false sense of hunger
However Healthy food would cause us  getting full and it is enough being full such as fresh vegetable,blended grain.But a delicious food has a high calorie ( such as  cookies, ice cream, cheese burgers) cause us getting empty.it is not enough to eat,we must eat 1 2 3 and so on.
